Your role
- Conduct building condition assessments, surveys, and investigations
- Analyze building envelope systems including cladding, roofing, and waterproofing
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports for rehabilitation projects
- Perform on-site quality assurance reviews and support contract administration
- Work closely with project teams and clients to provide technical guidance and recommendations
- Use infrared thermography and hygrothermal analysis to assess building envelope performance
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Sciences or Civil Engineering; Master’s considered an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in building envelope or building science engineering
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with peers and senior staff
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
- Security clearance required with willingness to work towards PSC level of Secret Level 2
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are an asset
- Access to a vehicle for site visits

- Yearly salary: $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience
